LÄGLER has been shaping and revolutionising floor sanding technology to a major extent with developments and machine concepts for 50 years. The technological lead that guarantees incomparable sanding quality is based on this experience.
Durability
Sturdy high-quality materials, a stable design and low-wear components guarantee decades of use for all machines at the same high-quality sanding level. 20 to 30 years of use (depending on capacity load) are not unusual.
Optimum dust extraction
Powerful motors with enormous suction power, special dust bag attachment and well thought-out filter systems such as TRIO has guarantee optimum dust extraction and thus low-dust work. The dust load is < 2 mg/m³ for all machines, for TRIO and FLIP < 0.5 mg/m³.
100 % functionality
All the machines correspond to even the most difficult requirements of parquet and other floor layers – without compromises. Thanks to decades of experience, LÄGLER knows what's important. Ergonomics
User-friendly, straightforward handling and long, low-fatigue work – all characteristics of LÄGLER machines. During development and design of the machines, ergonomic know-how with regard to physical posture, amount of strength needed and straightforward handling is integrated and put into practice.
Simple maintenance
All LÄGLER machines have been designed in such a way that all the components can be cleaned and serviced by the user without a great deal of time and effort. Wearing parts can also easily be replaced by craftsmen.
High-tech materials
Wherever possible and sensible, LÄGLER uses special high-tech materials such as glass-fibre reinforced plastic for the FLIP or ceramic reversible cutting blades for the SINGLE milling disc. The use of these materials is always directly related to increasing machine performance.
Special accessories for economic use
To achieve even more efficient and versatile use of the machines, LÄGLER supplies respective special accessories wherever possible and sensible. This is not only limited to different attachment lengths for edge and corner sanding machines.
For the craftsman, this means:
