Among other things, we ensure this by a high in-house production rate of approximately 80% and strict internal quality control. Our floor sanding machines are produced according to the latest manufacturing criteria. The workplaces of our employees are equipped according to the most recent ergonomic insights.
Receipt of Goods
Quality starts already here! All received raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods have to pass a strict incoming inspection.
Powder Coating
Green, yellow, black! LÄGLER® machines obtain their durable and resistant colors in a complex process. This takes place in our modern powder coating facility.
Foundry
Cast from the same mould! In order to achieve the quality we demand, we cast many parts in our own foundry.
CNC
Quality requires precision! Our machinery with the latest CNC processing technology ensures the basis for a perfect production result!
Drum Processing
DSo that it runs smoothly! The sanding drums - a central and important component of our floor sanding machines - are profiled and finely balanced directly at our company.
Assembly
Mounted by specialists! The final assembly is carried out by employees who have been specially trained for the respective machine type.
Final Inspection
Trust is good, control is better! Every single machine is thoroughly checked before sale. No machine leaves our house without having run a test sanding with it. Only then the machine is released for sale!
High-Bay Warehouse
We never lose the track! Everything is stored in our fully automated high-bay warehouse, from individual screws to spare parts, abrasives and semi-finished products.
Shipping
We are fast! From the order to the goods ready for dispatch often only a few hours pass.
Apprentice Workshop
We invest in the future! Tomorrow's specialists are trained directly at our company and involved in the complete production process from the very beginning.
