These terms and conditions of participation apply to the competition organised by Eugen Lägler GmbH, Kappelrain 2, G-74363 Güglingen-Frauenzimmern (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Organiser’). Participation in the competition is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation. The competition is in no way connected to Meta, respectively Facebook or Instagram, and is in no way organised or supported by them.
1) Duration of the competition
The competition will run from 1 May 2024 at midnight to 31 May 2024 at 11:59 pm. During this period, users will have the opportunity to take part in the competition online.
2) Procedure of the competition
Participation takes place via...
- Liking the Lägler Germany page (Facebook) and/or @laeglergermany (Instagram)
- posting one or more posts in which the Lägler machines can be seen and are labelled with the hashtag #Lägler
and by agreeing to these conditions of participation.
Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw. Participation in the competition is free of charge.
3) Eligible participants
Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the organiser and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. If participants are restricted in their legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the organiser as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the organiser reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example:
(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with participation in the competition.
(b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation,
(c) in the event of unfair behaviour or
(d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
4) Winning, notification and transfer of the prize
The competition includes the following prizes:
• 1 complete TRIO diamond sanding disc set with Systainer worth 825 €
• 1 upgrade kit TRIO LED worth 328 €
• 1 abrasives pack for your TRIO worth 230 €
The winners will be determined after the closing date in a random draw among all participants. The winners will be informed in a timely manner via private message. Each winner must then contact marketing@laegler.com by email within one week. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be transferred to another participant by the organiser. The prize will be delivered by post / parcel shipment at the organiser's expense exclusively to the winner or the winner's legal representative. It is also possible for the winner to collect the prize themselves. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible.
5) Premature termination of the competition
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organiser will make use of this option in particular if the proper running of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. If such a termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, the organiser may demand compensation from this person for any damages incurred.
6) Data protection
Personal data must be provided in order to take part in the competition. Participants warrant that the personal details they provide, in particular their first name, surname, address and e-mail address, are true and correct. The organiser points out that none of the participants' personal data will be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use. All e-mail addresses and the voluntarily provided data of the participants will be recorded and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the prize. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. Participants are entitled to the statutory rights to information, amendment and cancellation. 7) Cancellation
Participants are free to cancel their registration data at any time by sending a cancellation request to marketing@laegler.com and thus withdraw from participation.
8) Applicable law
Legal recourse is excluded.
9) Severability clause
Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation.
